A Hidden Delight in the Suburbs continued...
The same glass louvres and similar leafy outlook appear in the glamorous resort-style ensuite and, when choosing a colour scheme there, Ben and Kathy found inspiration further afield. "We started with the grey floor tiles because it reminded us of the pebble beaches down on the south coast," says Ben, who always carried a particular one with him, hoping to find a tile the exact colour. "I wanted to feel like I was down on those shores," he smiles wistfully.
Ben and Kathy are delighted with their renovations and now everything is completed, they like nothing better than to spend time at home with family and friends. "This is our sanctuary," Ben says. "On weekends we can just sit by the pool and watch the sun set with a glass of wine. It's as simple that!"
